These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "You") and Kera99 ("kera99", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://kera99.asia, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a kera99 account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with kera99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form an integral part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an active account on kera99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kera99 operates a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to casino and online betting activities. Providing false information regarding your age is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity or automated programme) acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
• You must be the registered holder of the payment method used to deposit funds. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be classified as a self-excluded or restricted player under any gambling operator's self-exclusion scheme.
• You must not currently be suffering from a gambling addiction or be undergoing treatment for gambling-related disorders.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

Each individual may hold one (1) account only on the kera99 Platform. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

Your use of the kera99 Platform is subject to the following general conditions of use, in addition to any specific rules applicable to individual games or betting markets:

kera99 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering (turnover) requirement stated in the individual promotion. Unless specified, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• Bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, per IP address, or per payment method.
• kera99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, with the exception that promotions already in progress for a Member will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of opt-in.
• Promotions are for genuine recreational players only. Systematic bonus exploitation — including bet hedging, low-risk arbitrage staking, and bet pattern manipulation designed purely to meet wagering requirements — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account restriction.
• Birthday bonuses are credited based on the Member's verified date of birth. Unverified accounts are not eligible.
• Referral bonuses are credited only where the referred Member completes a qualifying first deposit of RM50 or more within the stipulated timeframe after registration.

kera99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We strongly encourage all Members to gamble as a form of entertainment rather than as a means of generating income. The following tools and policies are available to all Members:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Reductions to limits take effect immediately; increases to limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure session duration notifications to help manage time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a break may apply for a temporary self-exclusion period of 30, 60, or 90 days, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to our support team and take effect within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's account will be suspended and they will be unable to deposit, wager, or claim bonuses.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications can be enabled to remind Members of time and money spent during a gaming session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kera99 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches in games or betting systems to generate winnings that would not otherwise have been obtained.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider knowledge exploitation, or any form of corrupt activity in relation to events wagered upon.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, or using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity.
• Opening multiple accounts to circumvent promotional restrictions or exploit the same offer multiple times.
• Allowing third parties to access or operate your account on your behalf.
• Using the Platform for any commercial or professional purpose that was not expressly authorised by kera99 in writing.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.

All content published on the kera99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, button designs, game interfaces, audio, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of kera99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, commercial use, modification, or creation of derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of kera99.

The kera99 brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary to kera99. Unauthorised use of any kera99 trademark is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kera99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities;
• Losses arising from a Member's reliance on any information published on the Platform;
• Technical failures, interruptions, or delays outside kera99's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to a Member's account where such access resulted from the Member's failure to safeguard their credentials;
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers, including payment processors and game studios.

kera99's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant event.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit kera99's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

kera99 may update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes, kera99 will make reasonable efforts to notify active Members via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. kera99 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to review updated Terms in a timely manner.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to kera99's operating jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and kera99 regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms, or the settlement of any bet or game outcome, Members must first contact the kera99 Customer Support team to seek resolution through the internal complaints procedure. kera99 commits to responding to formal complaints within five business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, the Member may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under which kera99 holds its gaming licence, in accordance with that authority's dispute resolution process.

Members agree that any legal proceedings brought in connection with these Terms shall be conducted in the English language.
